Don't get locked out of Command, follow this tip
Command is the hub of contact communication, transactions and listings information. We want you to be equipped to log in at any time, even if you forget the password.
Several Tech Support tickets are sent in when agents don't have an updated recovery email in their White Pages profile, preventing them from getting a password reset link. We highly suggest updating your Password recovery email in White Pages to prevent a delay in logging into Command. Also, the recovery email should not be the same or you will not get the reset password.
